Returns and Policies

+We strive for exceptional customer service, and want you to love your purchase and experience! Please let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

+Please remember that some of the allure of vintage is the fact that it has been pre-loved and has a previous history and story. Because of this, most vintage garments do show some wear. We carefully inspect each item and do our best to clearly communicate the condition of the item and any observed flaws in the listing. Item prices are adjusted to reflect any observed flaws prior to listing. Occasionally, some minor imperfections may go unnoticed. Please notify us if you feel a garment has not been accurately described.

+Due to the nature of vintage, Leproust Vintage cannot guarantee how an item will hold up over time.

+If an item needs returned, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the purchasing of shipping insurance for the return.

+Due to the nature of these items, unless the customer feels the item has been grossly misrepresented, we can't accept returns for bathing suits and intimate items.

+Returns are not accepted for items in which the customer chooses not to pick up the item at the post office or customs, or customs fees are not paid.

+Please note: a returned item MUST be in the same condition it was received in and UNWORN. If there are any new signs of wear or the item is not in the original condition upon return, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. I am happy to offer a return policy so that buyers may shop in confidence. Please respect this policy and approach it with honesty and integrity.

+If an instance arises when the customer feels that an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us. If this is indeed the case, Leproust Vintage will assume return shipping costs.
